Job Description
Repair Technician contractor repairing fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products. Providing in-home assembly, repair, and customer service for AIT Home Delivery clients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Provide final delivery, assembly and/or repair of consumer goods in customers' homes
- Build products to manufacturer specifications
- Deliver fast and reliable home services for high-end companies sending goods directly to consumers
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals and instructions used in repairing equipment
- Must have your own transportation to and from site of repair
- Must own hand and power tools
- Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Comply with insurance and vehicle registrations
- DOT /MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
- Must comply with state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work
- Must pass background and drug screens
- MVR performed for driving contractors
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Tech savvy with a mobile phone
- Excellent communication skills
