Job Description
Research and Analysis Specialist responsible for data management and reporting in an analytics capacity at Randstad. Ensuring data quality and presenting insights for strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Under minimal supervision, delivers the acquisition, processing, integration, and cleaning of data from multiple sources
- Assists in building and refining data dashboards and reports
- Contributes to data investigations and performs analysis under minimal supervision
- Influences the delivery of business intelligence projects and change management initiatives
- Develops internal relationships under minimal supervision by facilitating the presentation of data insights
Requirements:
- Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline
- Grows knowledge of the company, processes and customers
- Performs structured work assignments related to discipline
- Receives supervision and direction from more senior level roles
- Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team
