Job Description
VCE Biology Reviewer improving accurate, engaging, syllabus-aligned lessons for Atomi’s edtech platform. Editing scripts and quizzes while supporting educational content creators.
Responsibilities:
- Review, edit and proofread scripts, quizzes and lessons for clarity, accuracy and syllabus alignment
- Give clear, constructive feedback to improve content quality
- Apply the Atomi style guide to maintain consistent, accessible and on-brand content
- Collaborate with content creators and video designers on final lessons
- Work with the production team to deliver content on time and to a high standard
- Keep subject knowledge and evidence-based teaching practices current
- Manage multiple work items and meet agreed deadlines
- Help maintain accurate, engaging and syllabus-aligned high school content
Requirements:
- All applicants must hold Australian working rights
- Strong subject knowledge, especially in VCE Biology, as a student, teacher or tutor
- Strong writing and editing experience, with ability to explain changes clearly and respectfully
- Sharp editorial eye and genuine care for quality and accuracy
- Experience reviewing or improving educational content, curriculum materials or similar written work
- Confidence giving feedback that supports others’ growth as writers
- Strong grasp of high school science content
- Copyediting or content review experience helpful but not essential
- Deep understanding of VCE Biology essential
