Job Description
Analista de Sustentação RPA monitorando processos automatizados e tratando incidentes. Atuação em empresa brasileira de tecnologia, com análise de logs, escalonamento e acompanhamento de automações.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of automated processes (RPA)
- Initial analysis of failures, logs and error messages
- Incident handling and follow-up
- Escalation to development and support teams
- Recording incidents and documenting procedures
- Monitoring automation metrics and status
- Identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement
- Working according to operational processes and escalation flows
- Shift work, including weekends and alternating days off
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of technology and system support
- Strong analytical and problem-investigation skills
- Ability to follow procedures and operational routines
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by operations
- Knowledge of IBM RPA, Automation Anywhere, Python, RPA concepts, log analysis and troubleshooting, databases/SQL, monitoring tools, and incident management are a plus
