Job Description

Sales/Account Manager responsible for developing DACH market for SaaS solution in physical security. Engaging with clients to promote long-term identity management solutions in a growing market.

Responsibilities:

  • You will sell a PIAM platform (Physical Identity & Access Management) as a SaaS solution, positioned at the intersection of IT and physical security
  • You will work with large and medium-sized enterprises
  • You will understand your customers' challenges in detail, build strong customer relationships, and position ID-ware as a scalable, long-term solution
  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the first conversation to contract signature, supported by an experienced team of presales, delivery and product specialists
  • New customer acquisition & business development
  • Structured handling of RFPs and complex deals
  • Strategic account development
  • Analysis of requirements in the areas of IT security, identity and compliance
  • Close coordination with presales, delivery and product management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software or solution sales, ideally in IT security or SaaS
  • Strong solution-selling mentality: you understand complex customer requirements and position the right platform
  • Experience engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders (CIO, CISO, IT architects, security officers)
  • Confident presence and strong negotiation skills, including at C-level and in complex procurement processes
  • Native or business-fluent German and good English skills
  • IT background and genuine interest in technology, identity management and cybersecurity
  • Advantageous: proven track record in PIAM, physical security or Identity & Access Management sales
