Job Description
Customer Advisor providing inbound technical support and sales for Vodafone's services. Working fully remote with various customer service responsibilities in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound first-level support for existing customers
- Technical customer support for TV, telephone and internet issues
- Needs-based product consultation and contract optimization
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a customer advisor in technical support with sales
- Availability to work scheduled hours: 40 h/week across a 5-day workweek
- Strong sales orientation
- Very good German skills (C1 level)
- Residence in Germany
- Reliability
