Job Description

Customer Advisor providing inbound technical support and sales for Vodafone's services. Working fully remote with various customer service responsibilities in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound first-level support for existing customers
  • Technical customer support for TV, telephone and internet issues
  • Needs-based product consultation and contract optimization

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience as a customer advisor in technical support with sales
  • Availability to work scheduled hours: 40 h/week across a 5-day workweek
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Very good German skills (C1 level)
  • Residence in Germany
  • Reliability
