Job Description
Gerente Comercial Hunter responsible for opening strategic accounts in the IT market. The role requires active client prospecting and relationship management with large companies.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect new clients through cold outbound strategies
- Develop and execute demand-generation activities for Enterprise accounts
- Map the market and identify customer needs and opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business
- Conduct consultative meetings with managers, directors, and C-level executives
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead strategic negotiations
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Keep the CRM updated and track sales metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within technology companies
- Experience selling consulting services and/or IT staff augmentation
- Strong background in active prospecting (hunter/cold calling/outbound)
- Experience negotiating with mid-size and large companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resilient, results-oriented, with an ownership mindset
