Job Description
Salesforce Business Analyst gathering requirements and configuring Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Supporting client implementations for VXForward’s technology solutions and services.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and configuration specifications
- Configure Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, data mappings, identity resolution, and segmentation
- Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audiences, journeys, and content
- Partner with developers, architects, and client stakeholders
- Support user acceptance testing and defect triage through resolution
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions to technical and business audiences
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant on Salesforce projects
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) configuration experience
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration experience
- Ability to document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
