Job Description
SAP ABAP Developer responsible for developing and optimizing solutions for SAP Asset Manager applications and mobile SAP solutions at Mollica IT.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in an AMS environment;
- Support SAP users within the AMS support environment;
- Develop, enhance and optimize ABAP objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms (RICEF);
- Design and implement backend services for SAP Asset Manager (SAM) and other SAP mobile applications;
- Build and maintain SAP Gateway (OData) services for integration with mobile applications;
- Work with SAP Mobile Services and SAP BTP to enable online and offline mobile scenarios;
- Integrate SAP backend systems with mobile applications using REST, SOAP, OData and SAP Gateway services;
- Support and improve Maintenance (PM), EAM and Service Management processes for mobile use;
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Analyze and optimize mobile data synchronization and performance issues;
- Participate in testing, deployment and support of mobile solutions;
- Perform other routine activities within the area.
Requirements:
- Strong experience working with SAP ABAP;
- Experience providing AMS support for SAP users;
- Knowledge of SolMan (SAP Solution Manager);
- Knowledge of OData services and APIs for mobile consumption;
- Basic knowledge of SAP PP, QM and PM modules;
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA;
- Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP and Fiori/OData;
- Experience with SAP Gateway;
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organizational, multitasking and time-management skills;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Required: SAP Certification;
- Required: Completed degree in IT.
