Job Description

SAP ABAP / SuccessFactors Technical Consultant role focused on remote work. 3 months contract to hire with responsibilities in technical consulting.

Responsibilities:

  • Title: SAP ABAP/ SuccessFactors Technical Consultant
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 3Months Contract To Hire

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in **SAP ABAP development** including RICEF, Object-Oriented ABAP, and HCM HR-ABAP.
  • Experience in **SuccessFactors technical integrations** using CPI / PI-PO / APIs / OData.
  • Strong experience with **SuccessFactors Employee Central or any other SF module**.
  • Hands-on experience with **IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services, SAP HR Infotypes, and ABAP HR logical databases**.
  • Experience with **Payroll / Time / HR core integrations** is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of SAP HCM functional concepts and SuccessFactors provisioning/instance management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-interaction skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
