Job Description

SAP BW Consultant responsible for functional support and developing solutions in a remote capacity for users across Brazil. Working with SAP BW modules and integration processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for the SAP BW module;
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for reports and dashboards;
  • Support modeling and maintenance of objects in SAP BW, such as InfoObjects, InfoProviders (DSO, InfoCube and ADSO) and Queries (BEx Query Designer);
  • Monitor data loads (ETL) and identify failures or inconsistencies;
  • Support data integration processes with SAP systems (FI, CO, SD, MM and HCM);
  • Develop and adjust reports using SAP BW tools (BEx, Analysis for Office, among others);
  • Assist in analysis and resolution of low- and medium-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests);
  • Participate in implementations, rollouts, or improvements;
  • Interact with business areas to gather requirements;
  • Document processes and implemented solutions;
  • Perform functional testing (unit and integrated);
  • Other area routines.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SAP BW;
  • Experience providing AMS support for SAP user assistance;
  • Knowledge of SolMan (SAP Solution Manager);
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • SAP certification required;
  • Bachelor's degree in IT (in progress or completed) required.
