Job Description

Consultor(a) SAP LE-TRA supporting the functional maintenance and user support of SAP LE-TRA module. Involving interactions with business areas and implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for the SAP LE-TRA module;
  • Support SAP users in an AMS (Application Management Services) environment;
  • Perform configuration and maintenance of the SAP LE-TRA module;
  • Propose process improvements;
  • Interact with business areas to gather requirements;
  • Participate in implementations, rollouts, and enhancements;
  • Document processes and implemented solutions;
  • Work collaboratively with the MM and SD modules;
  • Work with logistics processes;
  • Assist in the analysis and resolution of medium- and high-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests);
  • Execute functional testing (unit and integration tests);
  • Design end-to-end solutions for the SAP LE-TRA module;
  • Define functional architecture and best practices;
  • Resolve complex problems and unstructured scenarios;
  • Perform other routine tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SAP LE-TRA;
  • Experience in AMS support for SAP user assistance;
  • Knowledge of Solution Manager (SolMan);
  • Knowledge of MM and SD modules;
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Required: SAP certification;
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in IT (completed).
