Job Description
SAP HCM Consultant optimizing HR processes through SAP HCM solutions and consulting. Supporting clients in payroll management and system implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for advising and supporting our clients and for customizing SAP HCM modules, particularly in payroll (SAP PA/PY)
- Identifying company-specific solutions to optimize business processes and advising clients on the benefits and feasibility of the latest SAP technologies
- Supporting and training users on SAP updates and new functionalities
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or an IT-related field, or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience supporting SAP HCM applications, especially SAP PA/PY
- Experience in planning and executing SAP projects, process consulting, and system design
- Fluent German and preferably good English skills
