Job Description
SAP HCM Consultant ensuring the smooth operation of SAP HCM solutions and payroll for clients. Involves project work, support activities, and process analysis for optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of SAP HCM solutions, including payroll
- Project work in the HCM environment: implementations, migrations, release upgrades
- Support existing clients with SAP HCM applications through support activities
- Analyze and revise processes to identify optimization opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting
- Knowledge of the PA (Personnel Administration), PY (Payroll), and/or other HCM modules
- Strong consulting skills and a high level of commitment
- Experience in project and subproject management is a plus
- Team-oriented, proactive, and structured way of working
