Job Description
Consultant SAP MM supporting SAP users in AMS environment from home office in Brazil. Engaging in functional support, problem resolution, and process improvements in inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for the SAP MM and IM (Inventory Management) modules;
- Support SAP users in an AMS support environment;
- Assist in the analysis and resolution of low- and medium-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests);
- Participate in implementations, rollouts, and improvements;
- Perform basic configurations (customizing) in the MM module;
- Interact with business areas to gather requirements;
- Document processes and implemented solutions;
- Execute functional tests (unit and integration tests);
- Work collaboratively with other SAP modules (SD, FI, EWM, WM, among others);
- Handle Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Brazil localization processes;
- Perform other routine tasks for the area.
Requirements:
- Experience working as an SAP MM Consultant;
- Experience providing AMS support to SAP users;
- Knowledge of Solution Manager (Solman);
- Familiarity with FI, CO, SD, and integrations;
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
- Organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills;
- SAP certification required;
- Degree in IT in progress or completed (required).
