Job Description

Consultant SAP SD supporting users in the SAP module with functional support in Brazil. Contributing to process improvements and participating in implementations and enhancements in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for the SAP SD module;
  • Support SAP users in an AMS support environment;
  • Configure and maintain the SAP SD module;
  • Propose process improvements;
  • Work with business areas to gather requirements;
  • Participate in implementations, rollouts, or enhancements;
  • Document processes and implemented solutions;
  • Work integrated with MM, LES-TRA and FI modules;
  • Handle Sales, Billing and Brazil Localization processes;
  • Support Brazil Localization (NF-e), Order-to-Cash (O2C), sales order creation, delivery and billing processes;
  • Assist in analysis and resolution of medium- and high-complexity tickets (incidents and service requests);
  • Perform functional testing (unit and integration tests);
  • Design end-to-end solutions for the SAP SD module;
  • Define functional architecture and best practices;
  • Resolve complex problems and unstructured scenarios;
  • Other routine duties within the area.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as an SAP SD Consultant;
  • Experience providing AMS support for SAP users;
  • Knowledge of SolMan (Solution Manager);
  • Knowledge of MM and LES-TRA;
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organizational, multitasking and time-management skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • SAP Certification required;
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT required.
