Job Description

SAP Support Analyst responsible for support and enhancement of SAP modules in agribusiness. Engaging in problem-solving and collaboration within a dynamic IT team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support to users of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), ACM (Agricultural Contract Management), CM (Commodity Management) and Broker modules, investigating and resolving incidents and functional issues escalated from Level 1.
  • Perform detailed root-cause analyses for complex issues in sales processes, agricultural contract management, commodity management and brokerage.
  • Configure and adjust the SAP SD, ACM, CM and Broker modules to meet business needs and correct defects, following best practices and established IT governance.
  • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements or fixes requiring ABAP development, working together with the Level 3 team.
  • Actively participate in functional and integrated testing of new configurations, enhancements or fixes implemented.
  • Provide support and guidance to Key Users and Level 1 analysts, sharing knowledge and assisting with more complex queries.
  • Keep process and solution documentation up to date in the knowledge base and in Jira.
  • Monitor the performance of business processes supported by the SAP SD, ACM, CM and Broker modules, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with project teams on SAP S/4HANA evolution initiatives and related satellite systems within your areas of expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with defined SLAs for ticket handling and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Production Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Solid experience in functional support or implementation of SAP SD and/or ACM/CM modules.
  • Experience analyzing and resolving incidents and problems in SAP environments.
  • Experience configuring SAP SD, ACM or CM modules.
  • Deep knowledge of Sales and Distribution business processes (Order to Cash).
  • Knowledge of agricultural contract management and/or commodity management processes.
  • Knowledge of configuration and parameterization in SAP SD (e.g., order types, billing, pricing, customer and material master data).
  • Knowledge of configuration and parameterization in SAP ACM and/or CM (e.g., contracts, settlements, commodity risk management).
  • Familiarity with integration between SAP SD/ACM/CM and other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, TM).
  • Basic debugging skills for problem analysis are a plus.
  • Experience with Jira for ticket management.
  • Knowledge of the SAP Broker module.
  • Previous experience in application support/maintenance.
  • Basic ABAP knowledge (code reading, debugging).
  • Experience with SAP data query and extraction tools.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • SAP certification in SD, ACM or CM.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).
  • Experience in the agribusiness sector.
  • Intermediate English (technical reading).
