Job Description
Experienced Scrum Master for Capio Group, providing Agile project management for government SaaS projects. Collaborating effectively across teams in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide services to implement a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licensing and compliance platform.
- Responsibilities include project planning and governance, requirements elicitation and user story development, solution design, systems integration, API and interface development, data conversion and migration, configuration management, testing support, sprint execution, training and knowledge transfer, production deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Facilitate Agile delivery processes and support successful execution of project activities using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to maintain prioritized product backlogs.
- Monitor Agile performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or Computer Science.
- Within the last eight (8) years, must have four (4) years of experience as a Scrum Master on a large-scale complex IT project facilitating Agile ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Within the last eight (8) years, must have two (2) years of experience maintaining sprint velocity, goals, and ensuring a collaborative, self-organizing environment.
- Within the last eight (8) years, must have two (2) years of experience partnering with Product Owners and must have experience in managing all the following: prioritize and refine backlogs, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver increments.
- Must be able to provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements upon request in the qualification form.
