Job Description
Scrum Master facilitating agile software delivery at Impiricus, which transforms pharmaceutical-physician communication. Coaching teams, managing Scrum ceremonies, and improving healthcare technology processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings
- Coach development teams and stakeholders in agile principles
- Remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity
- Collaborate with the Product team to maintain and groom the product backlog
- Ensure user stories are well-defined and effectively prioritized
- Track and report team metrics, sprint progress, and project status to stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-team coordination and communication for healthcare communication solutions
- Support the development, scaling, and improvement of agile practices across the organization
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
- Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies in software development environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Excellence in facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
- Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
