Job Description
Scrum Master elevando a maturidade ágil de empresa de tecnologia. Facilitando Scrum, métricas e melhoria contínua em soluções de gestão educacional e pública.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective application of Scrum.
- Act as an impediment remover and facilitate workflow.
- Track and interpret agile metrics (lead time, throughput, cycle time).
- Support the Product Owner and Tech Lead in prioritization and predictability.
- Mediate conflicts and promote a collaborative, trust-based environment.
- Encourage continuous improvement and the evolution of agile maturity.
- Work with multiple teams when necessary, maintaining alignment across areas.
- Lead initiatives that improve processes and increase team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience with Scrum.
- Experience with Kanban.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Experience working with agile metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput).
- Additional agile certifications are a plus (KSD, KSI, OKR Professional, Lean, SAFe, etc.).
- Previous experience in highly complex organizational environments is a plus.
- Experience with hybrid frameworks (Scrum + Kanban) is a plus.
- English is a plus.
