Job Description
Scrum Master at Hitss supporting IT projects and leading agile teams. Ensuring quality deliveries and effective communication with clients and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests with quality for the responsible team
- Maintain good relationships with the team and the client
- Ensure high-quality deliveries within deadlines
- Maintain a steady work pace for the development team by resolving blockers, anticipating risks that could impede progress, and ensuring adherence to work processes and the principles and practices of agile methods
- Also responsible for the team's administrative activities, such as monitoring result measurement indicators (IMR).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, or any undergraduate degree with postgraduate studies in IT
- Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master on IT projects
- Knowledge of object-oriented development
- Experience coordinating, supervising, or supporting teams
- Software requirements analysis and elicitation
- Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban
- Experience in systems development projects
- Experience in overseeing public contracts
- Business Process Management, workflow and BPMN
- Knowledge of software testing practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
