Job Description

CyberArk Conjur Engineer securing secrets management for Atos’s AI-powered digital services. Designing integrations, automation, and operational support across Kubernetes, cloud, and DevSecOps environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk Conjur platforms
  • Integrate Conjur with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
  • Implement secrets injection patterns and manage Conjur YAML policies for RBAC and least privilege
  • Automate onboarding of applications and services into Conjur
  • Implement and support Conjur followers, clustering, and high availability
  • Support CyberArk Digital Vault, CPM, PVWA, and PSM components
  • Perform onboarding and lifecycle management of privileged accounts
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and outages
  • Participate in upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery testing
  • Develop automation scripts and integrate secrets management into DevSecOps pipelines
  • Build reusable templates and modules for secure application onboarding
  • Support Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates
  • Act as Tier 2 / Tier 3 escalation for CyberArk and Conjur issues
  • Monitor platform health, logs, and audit events
  • Maintain runbooks and operational procedures
  • Support incident response and root cause analysis
  • Enforce least privilege and zero-trust principles
  • Support SOX, PCI, and other audit and compliance initiatives
  • Implement credential rotation and secrets lifecycle management
  • Partner with IAM, DevOps, and Security teams on secure architecture
  • Scale Conjur adoption, drive automation, improve platform stability, and enable secure DevOps practices

Requirements:

  • 4–8+ years of experience in CyberArk PAM solutions
  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk Conjur
  • At least 3–5 years’ experience with OCI-compliant container runtimes for Docker and Podman images
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and container platforms
  • Experience with Docker and Podman image platform design and setup
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
  • Linux administration experience
  • Scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Understanding of secrets management
  • Understanding of API authentication, including OAuth and JWT
  • Understanding of network and security fundamentals
  • Experience with Conjur Enterprise and Secrets Manager (AAM) preferred
  • Familiarity with service mesh and microservices security preferred
  • Cloud certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
  • CyberArk certifications such as Defender or Sentry preferred
  • Experience with machine identity management platforms such as Venafi preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with DevOps and Security teams
  • Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills
  • Self-starter able to operate in project and BAU environments
