Job Description
Associate Manager driving knowledge and technical enablement in documentation for Security Systems. Involves optimization of training and support materials for technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and optimization of documentation, knowledge platforms, and training
- Develop and maintain Service Guides, troubleshooting workflows, and knowledge base content
- Build, structure, and optimize a centralized Security Success Knowledge Base
- Partner with STS, SIS, and other teams to identify root causes and knowledge gaps
- Standardize documentation and eliminate undocumented processes
- Design and deliver structured onboarding and training
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with security systems
- Strong technical background across supported solution offerings
- Experience in technical support or field operations
- Experience in technical writing or systems documentation
- Experience in process optimization, data analysis, systems integration, and automation
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience building or managing knowledge bases, including SharePoint or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI and Microsoft Copilot-enabled knowledge systems
- Experience delivering training and mentoring technical team members
