Job Description

Analista de Procesos semisenior optimizando procesos bancarios para Periferia IT Group, multinacional de transformación digital. Diseñando mejoras, automatizaciones, indicadores y modelos operativos eficientes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process transformation, optimization, and standardization initiatives aligned with the Bank’s strategy.
  • Map, analyze, and document banking business and operational processes.
  • Develop process diagrams, workflows, procedures, policies, and responsibility matrices (RACI).
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze the root causes of operational issues and propose action plans.
  • Design and document future-state (TO-BE) processes focused on efficiency, customer experience, and control.
  • Participate in digital transformation and automation projects.
  • Gather and analyze functional requirements with business users and technology teams.
  • Coordinate working sessions with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Credit, Customer Service, and Business teams.
  • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and efficiency metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare executive reports for leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in process analysis, mapping, documentation, and optimization.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech preferred.
  • Experience in automation, digital transformation, or systems implementation projects is desirable.
  • Knowledge of process management and improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency with process modeling tools such as BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, or equivalent platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and financial-sector regulations.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, BPM, or related methodology certification or training is desirable.
