Job Description
Senior Accountant responsible for financial reporting integrity at Harbor Compliance. Overseeing monthly close processes and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the monthly close process
- Maintain the health of the balance sheet
- Manage the end-to-end sales tax process
- Oversee revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 standards
- Facilitate seamless financial transitions for new acquisitions
- Ensure constant audit and lender readiness
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven expertise in GAAP fundamentals
- Strong technical proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Experience supporting external audits or formal financial reviews
