Job Description

Senior Analyst supporting supply chain operations at Asurion. Managing inventory forecasts, supplier performance, and collaborating on process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly/monthly forecast for assigned program(s) and monthly data to monitor supplier performance, identify cost reduction opportunities, and ensure quality.
  • Works hand in hand with internal teams to ensure performance and competitive costs across program(s).
  • Initiates action to clear issues and improve KPI’s to targets while working with cross functional teams as needed.
  • Attends and represents UBIF SCM in a variety of meetings and business reviews (Initiatives, WPMs, and MBRs) maintaining and updating information and presenting appropriate readouts.
  • Leads ad hoc analysis for miscellaneous projects.
  • Maintains effective relationships and communication with internal partners and external suppliers.
  • Supports operational activities including communicating and resolving daily issues.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to effectively drive prescribed KPIs, accurate material forecasting, purchasing, compliance, and continuity of supply while managing E&O exposure and lowering costs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree + 1 year experience or Minimum 4+ years in supply chain or procurement related role
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • MS Excel skills including modeling, pivot tables, functions, formulas, PowerBi, and others.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Customer focused and capable of building business partnerships and influencing at all levels of organization.
  • Financial analysis and metric creation experience.
  • Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to react, in a proactive way to ‘crisis’ situations
  • Ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to be self-managed and set priorities
