Job Description
Senior Art Director creating visual solutions for healthcare communications at Lumanity. Collaborating with agency teams for print and digital projects, targeting healthcare audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Concept, design and execute visual creative solutions for print and digital communications targeting a wide variety of healthcare audiences (including payers, health systems, healthcare professionals, and patients)
- Set the visual tone for, and manage the creative workflow for, multiple brands
- Help manage the process by which other (onsite and freelance designers) assist in the development of creative solution
- Assist in managing the logistical aspects of the creative development process
- Partner with project management to ensure that tasks are completed in accordance with established timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Arts, Design Advertising, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Prior direct leadership experience
- Strong working knowledge of digital platforms and applications
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Studio experience is a plus
