Job Description
Senior Back-End Developer at VExpenses focusing on developing APIs and back-end solutions for corporate payment processing. Collaborating on technical architecture with AI and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance APIs and back-end systems focused on corporate payment processing;
- Conduct code reviews and propose improvements when appropriate;
- Adjust existing systems in response to changing client and user requirements;
- Maintain and create DML and DDL commands with a focus on performance and optimization;
- Perform technical analysis, evaluations and effort estimates for solution development.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with PHP and Laravel;
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence to support analysis, automation and/or system development;
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
- Experience developing in cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure);
- Ability to independently investigate issues, propose solutions and make technical decisions;
- Knowledge and experience required to architect robust solutions and perform technical refinement;
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python for developing auxiliary services;
- Knowledge of messaging systems to ensure resilience and performance;
- Knowledge of microservices architecture;
- Experience with unit testing;
- Experience working with containerized environments (Docker).
