Job Description
Senior Back-End Developer at Fin-X creating innovative solutions for healthcare management. Collaborating on technical challenges in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define robust technical solutions and provide strategic support to the team.
- Independently resolve highly complex technical and business problems.
- Create clear, comprehensive documentation to ensure alignment and scalability.
- Participate in strategic decisions and technical refinements, ensuring code quality.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, upholding best practices and high standards.
- Actively participate in agile rituals and in resolving technical impediments.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and delivery deadlines.
- Perform deep analyses to identify and resolve root causes of critical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (postgraduate degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of Back-End development experience.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL, MongoDB, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and the Azure Portal.
- Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies.
