Job Description
Senior Benefit/Risk Associate conducting pharmacovigilance signal detection and risk evaluation for PrimeVigilance. Supporting regulatory communications and patient-safety activities within global project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in signal detection activities, including set-up
- Review line listings required for preparation of signal detection reports
- Draft complex signal detection reports, including quality control
- Evaluate and categorize potential signals
- Propose a course of action whenever a potential signal is identified
- Support preparation of communications with regulatory authorities
- Maintain records and relevant tracking tools
- Work with other company departments to ensure signal management follows PrimeVigilance procedures and regulatory requirements
- Perform and support contracted pharmacovigilance activities as part of a project team
Requirements:
- Educational background in Life Sciences or Biomedical fields
- Pharmacy degree preferred
- Demonstrated previous experience in signal detection is strongly preferred
- Strong dedication to contributing to patient safety
- Proactive approach to learning
- Excellent time and issue management skills
- Ability to delegate and multitask
- Strict attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written (minimum B2 level)
