Job Description
BI Analyst working with an AI team to enhance healthcare experiences through data insights and reporting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support the business with identifying opportunities and making intelligent, data-driven decisions
- Execute end-to-end BI projects and be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Use (and develop!) a global database
- Create, automate and visualize reports and analysis for both top management and local teams (such as Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Customer Experience)
- Develop prediction/classification models using Python/R when independent in the role
- Work with Redshift, Git, Tableau, Airflow daily
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in commercial or academic setting (must have)
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling (especially with advanced BI tools such as Looker or Tableau. We use Tableau and Superset)
- Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics
- Experience in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Experience in leading and executing end to end BI projects
- Experience using GitHub
- Very good level of business English
- Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge (bonus points)
- Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot (bonus points)
- Have a degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field (bonus points)
- Are open to cooperating with a lot of people from many teams in different countries (bonus points)
- Experience using Airflow and dbt (bonus points)
- Are careful, diligent and detail-oriented (bonus points)
