Job Description
Senior Manager driving the strategic direction of Allstate's product portfolio. Leading a team of Business Architects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Business Architects and Business Architect Sr. Consultants
- Drive the strategic direction and development of Allstate's product portfolio
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives
- Spearhead product innovation, growth, and profitability
- Monitor budgets and operational effectiveness
- Evaluate and strategize key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced Digital Business Architects
Requirements:
- 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)
