Job Description
Part-Time Consultant helping shape AI in the permitting process. Seeking experienced builders, developers, and architects to validate AI outputs in Florida, Texas, or California.
Responsibilities:
- Walk us through how you submit
- Use the product on a project
- Review AI output on real permit submissions and flag errors
- Help us understand how review works across jurisdictions
- Review sample packages and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Someone who has personally submitted permits
- Active or former plans examiner, permit engineer, architect of record, or homebuilder
- Deep knowledge of how permitting works in Florida, Texas, or California
- Opinions about what's broken and no hesitation sharing them
- No technical background required
