Job Description

Senior BI Analyst developing data pipelines, visualisations, and predictive analytics for JLL’s global real estate services business. Enabling data-driven decisions across geographically dispersed stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Data & BI products to improve insight-driven decision making
  • Create clear and actionable insights from multiple complex datasets
  • Deliver processes ensuring data is standardised, high quality and robust
  • Build structured data pipelines supporting business tools and analytics requirements
  • Obtain Data & BI requirements from account team members
  • Facilitate data training workshops to embed Data & BI products and improve adoption
  • Use data modelling techniques to develop forecasting and predictive analysis
  • Participate in the internal and external JLL BI Community for personal development and knowledge sharing
  • Champion data-driven decision making, best practices, knowledge and standards
  • Build effective relationships with geographically dispersed stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence and/or Technical roles
  • Business analysis, consulting/data advisory and/or project management experience
  • Experience synthesising complex and ambiguous data to drive actionable insight through communication and visualisation
  • Ability to conceptualise complex business challenges and translate them into well-structured analytics deliverables
  • Ability to conduct exploratory data mining of large and complex data sets
  • Ability to prepare, query and analyse data using SQL
  • Intermediate knowledge of code-free ETL technologies such as Alteryx or Databricks
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualisation technologies such as Tableau
  • Experience using cloud technologies such as Snowflake and integrating data using APIs
  • Effective communication and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Fluent English is critical to the role’s success
  • Bachelor or Master degree, or evidence of expert skill, in BI, data science, computer science, econometrics, operations research, statistics, Information Management, or a related analytical field
  • Advanced degree preferred
