Senior Data Analyst creating metrics and models for data-driven recruitment marketing solutions. Empowering employers with insights and analytics to optimize hiring success.
Responsibilities:
- Build client-facing metrics using labor market, job marketplace, and brand data
- Own all stages of the data products–cleaning data, building analytics, developing Looker dashboards, releasing data into production, and monitoring health
- Correlate client data with external market conditions to explain why certain jobs succeed or struggle
- Design and implement statistical models to inform business decisions
- Turn those metrics into production models (SQL, LookML, and pipelines) that run every day without breaking
- Partner with product, data science and engineering to define key metrics and shape strategy
- Collaborate with engineering to make sure your logic is correctly implemented in Looker and downstream analytics

- Build and maintain data quality checks so bad data doesn’t poison our metrics
- Provide data-driven insights to product managers, marketing, and engineering teams, enabling them to make informed decisions to optimize both the job marketplace and the user experience
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working with engineering and BI teams to maintain the quality of data pipelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
