Job Description
Senior Developer responsible for Salesforce CRM integration solutions. Providing technical guidance and leading integration architecture decisions for federal contact center projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide design and implementation expertise to a cross-functional Salesforce integration team
- Design and develop software applications and integration solutions from business requirements in collaboration with team members
- Develop, prototype, and test solutions for large-scale Salesforce and cloud-based contact center integration implementations
- Lead the technical design and implementation of API connectors to IVR, CTI, and Knowledge Management databases
- Direct and create interfaces for application code, relational databases, and computer hardware systems
- Ensure compliance with applicable IT governance standards for all CRM development and integration implementations
- Support testing, identify defects, and drive remediation
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical mentorship to junior developers
- May supervise other developers on the integration team
- Support UAT and go-live activities
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions with the client support team during technology implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent combination of education and experience considered)
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience; minimum 7 years of experience within the scope of the contract
- Comprehensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and related contact center technologies
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise application integrations
- Current Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) required at time of engagement
