Job Description
Senior Marketing Developer building responsive email campaigns and landing pages for Hard Rock Digital’s online sportsbook and casino business. Implementing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and code responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Optimize email and landing page designs for deliverability and performance across devices and email clients
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate design mock-ups into functional web pages
- Integrate APIs and dynamic content with the back-end team
- Support ongoing A/B testing to optimize email campaigns and landing page performance
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Monitor and troubleshoot email rendering and landing page functionality
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Implement tracking and analytics tools to measure campaign and landing page effectiveness
- Set up, test, and deploy campaigns using third-party email marketing platforms
Requirements:
- Experience in the online gambling sector is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS
- Proven experience as an HTML Developer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing work on email templates and landing pages
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and their capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus
- Understanding of SEO principles and their application in web development
