Job Description
Directeur de projet pilotant des diagnostics et schémas directeurs d’hydraulique urbaine chez Egis. Coordination d’équipes, validation des études et développement de l’activité régionale.
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead preliminary design and planning studies in urban water engineering
- Coordinate engineering study teams and subject-matter experts
- Manage, review, and approve study deliverables
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule commitments
- Plan team assignments and provide ongoing support
- Manage the workload and resource allocation for preliminary design projects across the region
- Maintain relationships with clients and partners and ensure their satisfaction
- Advise and support clients throughout projects
- Contribute to business development by defining the technical and financial aspects of tender responses
- Identify and propose differentiating solutions and alternatives
- Contribute to team development and the continuous improvement of methods, lessons learned, and tools
- Share expertise through training
- Lead innovation and R&D projects
- Strengthen the Group’s technical profile and contribute to technical and regulatory monitoring
Requirements:
- Generalist or specialist engineering degree (INP, ENGEES, or equivalent)
- At least seven years of experience conducting preliminary design and planning studies in urban water engineering
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to coordinate teams and engage stakeholders around shared objectives
- Ability to plan and structure activities methodically
- Proactive and committed to continuous improvement, skills development, and business growth
