Job Description

Senior Field Service Technician in Leidos managing installations and repairs of security equipment for customers. Collaborating with global teams and ensuring contractual service level agreements are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems
  • Conducting on-site installation and testing of equipment
  • Managing resources, maintaining schedules, and coordinating repair activities
  • Accepting and updating work orders in CRM systems like Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU

Requirements:

  • Related Trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical)/Military Training (electrical, mechanical, electronics)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
  • Computer literacy; competency in MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to pass an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP)
