Job Description
Servicetechniker supporting sustainable energy solutions through Wärmepumpen maintenance and customer service in Freiburg, Germany. Focusing on client satisfaction and regional service support.
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators
- Service-oriented advising of customers from heating companies, both by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service across an extended area beyond your regular territory
- Participating in on-call duty to assist our customers as quickly as possible
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in a relevant trade, e.g. HVAC/plumbing installer (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrical installer; ideally with further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician
- Professional experience in field service/customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation)
- Possession of a refrigerant handling certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Good written and spoken German skills
