Job Description
Senior Field Service Technician providing advanced technical support and guidance in field operations for Aristocrat Gaming. Managing troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and mentoring junior technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, conversions, installations, and maintenance of gaming machines, signs, and controllers
- Resolve complex issues independently or in collaboration with technical support
- Mentor and provide on-the-job training to junior Field Service Technicians
- Conduct and document Pre-Site Surveys, ensuring thorough planning for upcoming service activities
- Analyze and report recurring service challenges and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock for field operations
- Collaborate closely with customers to deliver tailored technical solutions and uphold Aristocrat’s customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company protocols in all field activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Preferred associate degree or equivalent work experience in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or equivalent technical role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed
