Job Description
Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Frontera, focusing on technical success of clinic implementations and optimizations while coding and debugging complex customer environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own the technical success of clinic implementations and ongoing optimizations.
- Diagnose gaps in configuration, data flow, integrations, and workflow design.
- Write production-grade code, build and maintain integrations, and debug production issues.
- Lead end-to-end technical execution for key clinic partners.
- Identify and resolve gaps between intended platform configuration and actual customer performance.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience owning and delivering complex technical implementations end-to-end.
- Strong background translating ambiguous operational workflows into concrete technical systems and integrations.
- Experience working across APIs, data systems, and backend services without relying heavily on separate engineering teams.
- Experience in healthcare, clinical, or highly operational domains is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python strongly preferred).
- Strong experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and structured data systems.
