Job Description
Senior Frontend Developer contributing to 1Password's design systems team. Leading development and collaboration on UI components for enhanced user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, testing and debugging of new and existing composable design system components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or stakeholders to understand product requirements.
- Align technical decisions with project goals and user requirements.
- Set an example in code reviews by evaluating code quality, architectural alignment, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development that includes building web components with Typescript and React.
- passion for communication and collaboration with strong skills demonstrated in working effectively with teams
- ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners
- continuous learning and sharing knowledge
- mentoring developers through pair programming and giving feedback
