Job Description
Senior React developer building scalable frontend interfaces for SOFTSWISS’s online sports betting platform. Translating mockups into reusable code and improving product quality in an agile team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, reusable frontend code for the SOFTSWISS Sportsbook Platform
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders in a fully agile environment
- Translate mockups into optimized, reusable, high-quality code
- Participate in improving product quality and development processes
- Conduct code reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document code and technical solutions
- Shape user experiences and influence product evolution
Requirements:
- Product thinking focused on users, clients, and product outcomes
- Good UX understanding and attention to user experience details
- 7+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
- Strong experience with React.js, Hooks, and state management (Redux or similar)
- More than 1.5 years of experience with Next.js framework
- Knowledge of HTTP, networking fundamentals, and browser APIs
- Understanding of algorithms fundamentals
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code with unit tests
- Required experience with AI coding assistants: Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot
- Russian: native-level proficiency
- English: B1+ level or higher
- Nice to have: Docker, GitLab CI/CD
- Nice to have: understanding of server-side development
- Nice to have: experience with Node.js
- Nice to have: experience with React Native
