Job Description
Senior Full-Stack Engineer developing scalable backend services and APIs for cloud-native healthcare platforms. Collaborating with product and data teams while working remotely from Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages
- Architect and implement event-driven and asynchronous workflows
- Integrate cloud services with Salesforce and other external systems
- Own the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and observability
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Collaborate with product, Salesforce, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Evaluate trade-offs and propose architectures that prioritize scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend or full-stack)
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or C#
- Experience building APIs, microservices, or distributed systems
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, clean code, and system design
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
