Job Description
Senior Full-Stack Developer designing impactful new features for AI video agents. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the cofenster platform in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the future of our AI agents by designing and building impactful new features
- Strengthen our codebase through smart refactoring, innovative solutions, and continuous improvements that make our platform more robust and scalable
- Champion accessibility, ensuring everyone - including people with disabilities - can use cofenster effectively
- Drive excellence in key engineering areas like security, performance, testability, and overall product performance
- Collaborate closely with a passionate, cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and our customer success team to turn bold ideas into reality and deliver impactful user experiences
Requirements:
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, as it is used from the frontend to the backend, as well as part of the infrastructure
- Comfort in backend technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, Prisma, and AWS
- Strong React skills and extensive experience building production applications with React
- An eye for product design, including knowledge of digital accessibility, to keep improving our product for all our customers
- At least 5 years of experience designing and building interfaces with code (HTML, CSS, accessibility, interface design)
- Experience with automated testing to contribute to the development of our QA pipeline (for instance, Jest, Cypress, or other testing frameworks)
- Ability to work efficiently in an agile team, ideally with some experience having worked on a SaaS product before.
