Job Description
Senior Full-Stack Developer at Gainwell, creating healthcare tech solutions using React and AWS. Responsible for UI components, data pipelines, and API integrations for Amazon Connect platform.
Responsibilities:
- Build advanced UI features using React, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools
- Design and optimize SQL data models supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows
- Develop integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis
- Implement data ingestion and transformation patterns for CTRs and agent events
- Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices aligned with AWS Well‑Architected principles
- Participate in architectural design sessions for contact center modernization
- Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues across UI, API, AWS services, and data layer
- Support production troubleshooting across the full AWS stack
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong React experience (hooks, state management, component architecture)
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CTR data, contact flows, CCP customization)
- Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals
- Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming data (Kinesis, EventBridge)
- Familiarity with IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, and AWS security best practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git‑based workflows
- Preferred AWS Certifications: Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
