Job Description
Front End Developer creating and managing web design and development for ecommerce platforms. Collaborating with clients and providing technical support and customer service on various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage web design, development, and digital marketing for merchants on various platforms.
- Collaborate with clients on web projects including custom features and content optimization.
- Provide technical support and customer service.
- Work primarily on-site in-house.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Comfortable with Photoshop and Illustrator authoring
- Experience providing technical support and customer service
- Basic knowledge of SEO techniques
- Creative, Critical, and Analytical thinking
- Time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be detail oriented, intelligent, willing and able to learn on your own, follow directions and have excellent math skills
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal English, along with customer service orientation
