Job Description
Senior Full Stack Developer at PayFacto delivering complex Vue.js and Go applications. Championing AI-first development while contributing to cloud SaaS architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain complex frontend applications using Vue 3
- Develop our backend APIs and services in Go for our cloud SaaS platform
- Participate in full-stack architecture decisions (state management, performance, component structure, services, integrations)
- Translate complex product requirements into clear, high-performance, maintainable interfaces for real customers
- Optimize performance, accessibility and user experience
- Embody and promote AI-first development: integrate AI tools and workflows across the entire development lifecycle (design, code, tests, review, delivery)
- Raise the team's technical level through mentoring, code reviews and best practices
- Contribute to the evolution of engineering standards (testing, tooling, CI/CD)
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software development experience, including significant full-stack experience
- Excellent mastery of Vue.js 3 (Composition API, reactivity system, lifecycle, performance)
- Strong experience with customer-facing cloud SaaS products, including high-traffic or mission-critical systems
- Very good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and modern CSS
- Strong backend experience in Go (APIs, services, databases) — the Vue + Go combination is central to this role
- AI-first developer: you have redesigned your way of working around AI — coding agents, AI-assisted workflows, automation — and you can demonstrate it, not just discuss it
- Solid understanding of advanced concepts: state management, performance, architecture, testability
- Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative product environment
