Job Description
Desenvolvedora fullstack construindo APIs Java e interfaces React/Vue para soluções inovadoras do Youx Group. Atuando em arquitetura, testes, depuração e evolução de sistemas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, with a Java (Spring) backend and a React or Vue frontend
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Contribute to architecture design, taking scalability, security, integration, and performance into account
- Integrate frontend and backend systems by developing and consuming REST APIs
- Perform testing to ensure application functionality and performance
- Identify and fix bugs through debugging and log analysis
- Maintain and enhance existing systems, including legacy code
- Document code structure, components, integrations, and fulfilled requirements
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, prioritization, and retrospectives
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field
- Experience with backend development in Java using Spring / Spring Boot
- Experience with frontend development in React or Vue
- Full-stack development experience, from backend to frontend
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Application of development best practices, such as Clean Code and SOLID principles
- Experience testing and debugging applications
- Experience using Git for version control
- Experience using coding assistants such as Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools, with critical review of generated code
- Ability to write and iterate clear, contextualized prompts
- Ability to explain, debug, and maintain AI-generated code
- Responsible use of AI for repetitive tasks, documentation, and error investigation
- Careful handling of credentials, personal data, and sensitive client code
- Ability to work independently, with accountability and strong delivery management
- Ability to read, understand, and enhance legacy code
- Clear and collaborative communication with backend and frontend teams
- Active participation in code reviews
- Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban
- Ability to understand business rules and translate them into technical solutions
- Ability to estimate medium-complexity tasks
